Introduction
To make it easy to troubleshoot any issue you may be having, we may need to access your desktop remotely in your presence. This utility allows you to give us access to your desktop. You are in control. You can disconnect us anytime after the connection is established by right-clicking the icon in the tray and selecting close. Please ensure that the utility is not running after the support session has ended by verifying that the tray icon is no longer active.
You can download the file by right clicking on the link and saving it to your desktop, to find it easily. You can save it anywhere on your system
After downloading you will need to unzip the file. If you are using windows XP and above, you should be able to use your windows explorer to open the file. Inside the zip archive, you will find the xlii_support.exe file. Launch this file by double-clicking on it when asked to do so by us. Please get in touch with us, before launching the file.
When you launch the program, you will see the following window.
Click on Run to launch the program. The XLII Pte Ltd Remote Support Utility window will open with several options to select to share your desktop
We will instruct you on the option to select. Once you have been informed, double-click on the option and wait for the connection to be established. If the connection is established correctly, we will inform you. If the connection does not establish in 5 minutes, the program will exit and you may need to re-launch it. Having it on your desktop makes it easy to find it again. You will find an icon in your tray

You can choose to close the connection anytime by right clicking on this icon and select "Close".
